Save time and money on consulting fees with a Virtual Risk Review by Safety Jon.
Submit up to 6 workplace photographs and one optional recorded workplace video of up to 5 minutes for an independent desktop observational WHS/OHS review.
Provide a brief overall context, then describe what each image or video shows, what normally occurs in the area, what prompted the review and anything specific you would like examined.
Your structured PDF report will identify visible observations, potential significance, priorities, relevant lines of enquiry, controls or evidence to verify, and applicable Australian WHS/OHS legislative and guidance references. Typical turnaround is 48–72 elapsed hours after both payment and receipt of a complete, usable submission, excluding weekends and Victorian public holidays. If essential information is missing, the estimate pauses while it is outstanding; we will explain what is needed and advise the revised expected delivery time.

Do not enter a restricted area, interfere with work, stage a condition or place any person at risk to obtain photographs or video. This service is limited to what is visible and the context supplied. Price includes GST.
Submitted photographs and video will be treated as confidential and used only to conduct the Virtual Risk Review. Submissions are received through Safety Jon’s Wix-hosted form, and files may be held in Wix as well as OneDrive under Safety Jon. AI-assisted tools may be used for preliminary analysis, with Jon applying professional judgment and determining the final findings and recommended controls. Before material is shared with an external AI service, the service and its relevant data handling will be identified and necessary authorisation confirmed.
Safety Jon will delete active working copies of submitted photographs and video under its control, including Wix intake or media storage and OneDrive copies, within 30 days after the final report is issued. This does not set a retention period for the final report, transaction records or system backups. Keep your original material and report, and ask any unresolved confidentiality questions before uploading.
