Safety Jon Visual Risk Review. Submit up to 6 workplace photographs and one optional recorded workplace video of up to 5 minutes for an independent desktop observational WHS/OHS review.

Provide a brief overall context, then describe what each image or video shows, what normally occurs in the area, what prompted the review and anything specific you would like examined.

Your structured PDF report will identify visible observations, potential significance, priorities, relevant lines of enquiry, controls or evidence to verify, and applicable Australian WHS/OHS legislative and guidance references.

Do not enter a restricted area, interfere with work, stage a condition or place any person at risk to obtain photographs or video. This service is limited to what is visible and the context supplied. Price includes GST.

Submitted photographs and videos will be treated as confidential and used only to conduct the Visual Risk Review. Working copies will be deleted from Safety Jon's active storage within 30 days after the final report is issued, unless retention is reasonably required for legal, insurance, dispute management, security or backup purposes. Material may remain temporarily in secure system backups until overwritten through normal retention cycles.
