This notice explains how Zero Harm Safety Pty Ltd trading as Safety Jon handles information submitted through the AI WHS Output Quick Check form.

What we collect and why
We collect your email address, any first name you provide, your marketing consent choice and a record of the request. The record includes the form and submission date and time. Your email address and affirmative newsletter consent are required to subscribe and receive the free guide. Providing your first name is optional.

Your marketing choice
By selecting the unticked subscription box and submitting the form, you subscribe to the fortnightly Toolbox Talk newsletter, Quick Check follow-ups, practical WHS/OHS resources and occasional product offers. The free guide is delivered as part of this subscription, and the form cannot be submitted without selecting the box. You can unsubscribe through the link in our marketing emails or contact us below. We keep request and consent records to manage delivery and respect your preferences.

Wix and service information
We use Wix to host the form, manage contacts and send emails. Wix processes the details needed to provide these services and may provide delivery, opening and link-click information so we can assess the usefulness of our emails. Wix may process information outside Australia, including in the United States, Ireland, Israel, South Korea and Taiwan, and other locations used by its service providers.
